Sewer odor entering the hotel was always present during the 5 days we were there. The 3 potted plants on our terrace were all dead and not very pleasant to look at. Had to pay attention to the low ceilings in parts of our suite - my wife and I banged our heads a couple times. Not particularly car-friendly ... self-parking in public garage was a 7 minute walk away with homeless people sleeping next to the elevator and staircase entrance to the garage.

Exceptional room, great location. We will definitely be coming back!

Location near multiple tram lines was very convenient. Breakfast was just right.

location is excellent. easy walk to tourist areas. Hotel is located in restricted driving zone so not all ubers or cars can get right to it but it is a short 1 block walk if you have to get dropped off. Location is close to main tourist areas and a nice walk to the river. Room was very comfortable and friendly. Staff were very good and helpful in anything we needed. Pillows on the beds were not very firm whi;e the bed was comfortable. The only issue I would have

Central located in Bordeaux lol…not much. No English channels or subtitles

Large rooms . The toilet is a on the opposite side of the apartment's showers and wash basin. This Hotels is centrally located. Close to restaurants, bars, churches, museums. NOTE: Bordeaux central city only allows taxis and certain vehicle to enter. UBERS may not enter the central city. The toilet is on the opposite side of the shower and wash basin of the apartment.

The location was excellent and close to everything we were interested in seeing The property was fairly dark and damp. We were on the first floor and off a courtyard after a rain so I guess that was expected.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location for the tram system. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what was served.

The location is superb and very quiet. The suite was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was served to our suite every day and was very nicely done:) Two choices of menu with add ons at extra cost if wanted. Staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with. TVs are not smart tvs. French channels only. No streaming availabilty. English speaking travellers want at least BBC or CNN.

We had 4 rooms and each one was wonderful. The location is excellent, the reception was welcoming, the amenities and added treats were a perfect touch. Best stay in Bordeaux! Everything

The lighting in the suite could be a little brighter.

Location is very central and walking distance to everything The odd smell in the room (like stagnating waste water from the bathroom)

It is a small, absolutely lovely hotel, located in the pedestrian only section of downtown Bordeaux. It is within easy walking distance of many sites, e. g., it is next to the Cathedral. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We had breakfast in our room every morning and they would come in and set up on our table. There was nothing we did not like.

This mini-boutique hotel is very suitable if you're not looking for big hotel amenities (and their attendent costs). It is on one of the main squares of the city, and walkable to most all of the other important sights. Breakfast at extra cost was served only in the room so we declined, but found a number of other ways to have that meal (although many "breakfast places" didn't open until 0900 or later. Steps to the tram that takes you to and from the airport but no direct transit line to the central train station - Uber probably best to get there. Staff was quite helpful in every respect. With only a dozen rooms or so the building, tucked among others in a pedestrian zone, this hotel seemed always to be quiet. We enjoyed our stay on two separate occasions. Noting the points outlined above we had little to criticize and much to admire,

Charming and luxurious small hotel in a perfect location.

Location

Great location , centrally located, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. Comfortable rooms .

Small "boutique" hotel with about 10 rooms total in one of the main tourist areas of Bordeaux City (across from cathedral), near two tram lines, one running from and to the airport for easy access. 10 minute walk from main square, mostly in pedestrian zone, including longest pedestrian street in Europe (as reported by locals). Hotel does not have a dining area, so breakfast is served in the room. There are a number of local eateries for that meal so it's not much of an inconvenience to go out each day (although they usually don't open until 0900 or later, French style). There is at least one staff person on site 24 hours a day, for information and general services. As long as you understand that this hotel is small, with limited dining services, it provides all the necessities to explore old Bordeaux City and beyond, with few other negatives, at a reasonable price.

Location breakfasts were delicious. The washroom did not have a lot of space for toiletries felt tight.

The protest was beautiful, well appointed, and in the perfect location. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
