What I appreciated most about Hôtel Singulier was the genuinely personal touch that defined our entire stay. As a boutique hotel with only a handful of rooms, it offers a level of attentiveness that is difficult to find elsewhere. The staff quickly felt like our own private concierge, taking care of every detail—from thoughtful restaurant recommendations tailored to weekend closures and local events, to organizing spa treatments and parking with remarkable efficiency. The hotel's intimate size is also a wonderful advantage for the spa. Unlike the often crowded wellness areas of larger hotels, the facilities feel peaceful and exclusive, making the experience wonderfully private. The location is exceptional, within easy walking distance of Bordeaux's main attractions, while the beautifully designed rooms combine elegance with comfort. Guests also have access to a private rooftop terrace with magnificent views over the city. Breakfast deserves a special mention. Rather than a standard buffet, it is freshly prepared and can be personalized according to your preferences. The pastries, in particular, are truly exceptional and among the best we enjoyed during our time in France. Above all, what truly sets Hôtel Singulier apart is its hospitality. A special thank you to Sacha and the entire team, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. Every interaction was thoughtful, every recommendation was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make a very special occasion even more memorable. It is rare to encounter such sincere and personalized service, and it is the reason we will remember Hôtel Singulier long after our visit to Bordeaux. We would not hesitate to return. Given the intimate size of the property, it is perfectly understandable that there is no on-site fitness center. That said, a partnership with a nearby gym or boutique fitness studio could be a wonderful addition for guests who like to maintain their workout routine while traveling. Additionally, as the hotel is positioned as a luxury spa destination, it would be lovely to see a few more in-room wellness touches from the spa brand. Small amenities such as a body lotion or an exfoliating glove would further elevate the experience. These are only minor suggestions, however, and they do not detract from what was otherwise an exceptional stay.

Quiet location and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms lovely

The hotel was lovely, very clean and the room was very comfortable. The service was exceptional from the staff. We had excellent service and support from Chloe and Sacha. Chloe was very approachable, helpful and patient with our requests , she helped with directions , booking a taxi and with booking us a restaurant and getting us a table outside. It made our stay very enjoyable Thank you Chloe, your help was very much appreciated.

Breakfast experience was exceptional, one of the highlights of the stay. Reserve ealry to avoid missing out on your preferred time. Location was very central but hotel was very peaceful. The spa was only a jacuzzi and they were not able to accommodate my request for treatments. Shower water pressure could be better as well given price point.

The personal service from choose and the team was outstanding, they were always on hand to help us out whenever needed Quiet and quaint but right where you want to be in terms of location. Rooms were lovely and clean and the staff were great. The rooftop breakfast is a must!

We loved that is was close to everything yet tucked away. Wonderful hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. The staff was overly accommodating and very pleasant. We give this hotel more than 5 stars. Highly recommend a stay here while in Bordeaux. The breakfast was delicious.
