Nice traditional style room with stone walls. Small hotel in the centre of town.

Great central location, just what I was looking for. Would have been nice to have the facilities to make a decent coffee in the room. Powered coffee just does not cut it and is almost not worth having.

The location is perfect for visiting Bordeaux. The room was small but quite comfortable. The A/C worked great! (Much appreciated in a heat wave). Paid parking is available but not on site (10 minute walk) If you are arriving by car with luggage, you will need to walk to the hotel since the hotel is not accessible by car.

This was a beautiful little hotel in the heart of Bordeaux and perfect as we only had 24 hours to explore the city. We flew into Bordeaux and caught a tram to the city centre. This was great value for money and super easy to navigate with English translation on the ticket machines. We used our Booking.com app to find the property on the map with Apple maps showing us the easiest route by tram. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and let us leave our luggage so we could go straight out to explore the city. We walked - a lot - seeing all the main sights on a circular route and loved seeing all the cyclists, grabbing a coffee, some lunch, an ice cream and soaking up the brilliance of Bordeaux before heading back to the hotel to change and go out for dinner. The room was well equipped and well decorated and the hotel well situated to both go out for dinner and breakfast the next day. Check out was also easy and efficient. In all a brilliant stay in Bordeaux Being English . . . I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. I always travel with teabags but would have liked a kettle and some milk so I could have had an early morning cup of tea as we got ready to go out for breakfast.

Wonderful location. Clean cool bedroom. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff. The shower over bath in Room 42 was excellent but it would help to have a grab rail to help less agile residents to get in and out of the bath. Not all your clients are young, you know.

Great location! Main hotel very nice. Our room was in a different building and wasn’t great. Very hot. Had to keep all windows and shutters closed. Bathroom not great.

Excellent location; couldn't be better. The hotel was pretty good, but some things in the room were broken, such as a chair, towel rail which came out of the wall. Broken furniture

Location v good. Very central. View from windows very typical of city. Late check out helpful. Nearby parking for city centre. Air con didn’t work. Toilet had urine in it on arrival. One plug socket detached from wall. Receptionist a bit grumpy. Night staff young man very helpful.

Great location and comfortable bed. I loved the stone walls in the room, authentic and classy. Tiny bathroom and the receptionist was not very welcoming.

location in the walking street. no vehicule access, parking lot little bit far, we were sent to an annexe of the hotel nearby.
