Very good location as its right in the centre. Walking distance for pretty much all places. Tram B is around the cornor takes you to Cite du Vin We had twin bed room, the bathroom has a very steep steps which I almost had accident. Also, found a bug inside room

Great location & helpful staff Aircon was a small fan which wasn’t very effective in the heat ! Room & en-suite was small - a fridge would have been useful

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great location, kindly allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out The room had a fan which helped with the lack of AC but it was SO loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on. Also quite a lot of noise out on the street until gone midnight.

Fantastic location, friendly owner and team, wonderful breakfast and comfortable room The only small issue was no air con at a particularly hot time - but this is not the hotel's fault as I believe air con is not generally permitted due to UNESCO status of buildings and a fan is provided in all rooms

Manager was very helpful and friendly No lift a lot of stairs my husband’s knees are not vey good but not the hotels fault we should have read the reviews first

The hotel was in a great position and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a great breakfast. There was a fan in the room and a nice breeze when the windows were open. They also were happy to store our luggage and kindly organised a taxi for us. No air conditioning however that is quite common due to the heritage restrictions. The room was small and the bathroom was very small and for tall people like us had to sit sideways on the toilet.

Location is particularly good for the old town and sights you need to see in Bordeaux. It was conveniently close to a tram line. There is street noise which can't really be avoided.
