The two members of staff on reception duty were excellent with good advice on where to park considering the work on the adjacent roads- Directions to both heritage buildings and local restaurants were helpful too. Everyobe was very courteoys and smiley; .nothing was too much trouble. Rather cramped bedroom

Location is very good. Pictures are extremely misleading! It is a hostel masquerading as a hotel. The first room that I reserved was so small that a bed was the only piece of furniture that fit in the room. After paying another 150€, ou finally got a room that was adequate. The pictures of the rooms are so misleading. NO ELEVATOR to the second floor (3rd), The bathroom fixtures were broken, front desk leaves at 9:00, safes to hold your valuables don’t work, I couldn’t retrieve my computer (and yes my code is one that I always use, no possibility of error) This is a youth hostel at best, at extremely elevated pricing.

The kindness and understanding of the stuff was remarkable. I have special needs and they made themselves available without me even. I was touched. There is nothing I didn't like, but guests should be aware that it is an old building and the stairway is quite steep!

Nice, quiet location Room and bathroom very small with toilet on opposite side other room from main bathroom. Air conditioner worked but I’d start leaking during our stay. As we were there on a long weekend the staff weren’t able to get anyone there to fix it and they were very apologetic, the dripping was a little annoying but not a dealbreaker to the stay.
