Staff were very friendly & helpful & the location was great . There was no mini bar in the room which is annoying especially when very hot . Also the cleaning trolley was left outside our room most of the time

The location is fantastic and the staff are very happy to help. The beds were super comfortable too! The air conditioning unit was not very effective

A busy period , fruit etc in very short supply . It seemed that the need for another member of staff to refresh the supplies , was apparent . The shower was cold one evening . It was also a complicated way of working it and took a while to work it out !

The property was very well located. The amenities were great and unexpected. I loved the sparkling water and the syrups. I also appreciated that they had an express breakfast for 4/5€ in a sweet little room. My room had a very comfortable bed and many outlets. The elevator was so appreciated. The staff were very willing to help you with recommendations. The entrance to the shower between the sink and the shower was a bit complicated.
