Location near to tram and right in the centre of town. Comfortable bed and good shower. Room would benefit from a comfortable chair. Reception would also benefit from some lounge seating so it is not all restaurant seating.

Great location, rooftop bar was really cool (although didn’t eat there) No facilities in the room, I.e no coffee, iron etc and the room was absolutely tiny, nowhere to put your bags. Bathroom could’ve definitely have done with a deep clean

The customer service was exceptional - I had my phone, credit cards and driving licence stolen while in Bordeaux and the reception staff on both 20th and 21st July were wonderful in supporting me through the processes required. They went the extra mile at every stage and I can't thank them enough.
