Extremely central location, next to the Place de la Bourse, mirror pool and riverside; helpful staff, a spacious, air conditioned room, and a cute breakfast room. Staircase needs a thorough cleaning.

Huge room in fabulous location! Great aircon. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was small but comfortable. Lift available Would have liked a sofa and a fridge to make our four night stay really comfortable. Bathroom could do with some re-grouting but was clean enough.

Proximity to everything Not very spacious, not many amenities such as a fridge. Some of the staff went out of their way to help with things like sterilising & warming up baby bottles. Others made it feel like a massive problem to use the kettle & microwave

It was fine. What you'd expect for a 2 star hotel. Clean. Reasonably good a/c. All okay.

Location and air conditioning The shower needed re grouting as it had black mould around the base tray. Basic facilities.

The towels in our room had what appeared to be human faeces on them. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene and housekeeping. I would not stay here again.

Location location location. It was a fabulous find . You just were in it. The oldness , the food , the shops and the cathedrals and river. The shower was weak .

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. Nicely-sized room. Cold air-conditioning which is much appreciated during an excessive heatwave.

Good sized room but fairly dated with air-conditioning and ensuite. Great location and reasonable value for money. Floors creaked a bit in my room and also could hear same from room above.
