Super staff, good location and value for money.

Faultless throughout our stay despite being in Bordeaux when temperatures approached 44 degrees Celsius. The room was temperature was maintained at a perfect level without any excessive chill from the air conditioning. Discounted parking was provided at a car park opposite the hotel and the tram stop was only 50 metres away. Nothing at all.

Room exceeded expectations in size and comfort. We though this might be an upgrade! Breakfasts were good and staff exceedingly helpful All was good and matched or exceeded expectations

Good location. Staff were lovely and very helpful Room wasn’t as good as expected. Upgrade wasn’t great. Shower pressure was poor. Extra bits in the room (paid for) were unnecessary / unused. Tiny toilet. Room 114 was overpriced (balcony sounded good, but was dingy and not welcoming).

It was a well run hotel very close to the boarding of cruise ships so it was extremely convenient. We were there at the weekend and the restaurant wasn’t open.

Location , room size, quiet and comfortable. Limited breakfast choices, have to prepare your own eggs. No warm products.

Pretty good location; very close to a tram stop. The facility was immaculate and the staff were delightful.

This was a beautifully presented property. It was very clean, it was close to the tram line (but away from the noise) and to the Bato, Cite du Vin and Bassins des Lumieres. The staff were friendly and very professional. Breakfast was wonderful. Nothing - we had a fabulous time there.

Clean, comfortable bed and a good sized room. The paid parking ($18/day) garage was about 200 meters from the hotel, which that part wasn’t bad. You are required to download an app to register your car and pay. The garage tag scanner did not read our tag number as it was supposed to and we had to take a ticket to get the gate open as there was an impatient driver behind us. Upon leaving, we had to pay again to get our car out of the garage as there was no attendant to help. So parking cost us $108 for 3 days. Now it’s up to me to reach out to the garage company to get a refund.
