Beautiful place in the centre of Bordeaux! Everything is walkable, William was very helpful, great parking and good breakfast.

I loved everything about this place, except that my stay was too short. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness of the place and especially, the service and attention by the owners. William, the owner was super efficient at communication and this is something that helps a lot. The breakfast was lovely and served in the beautiful lounge area. I liked everything, but the parking could be a little problematic if you want to use your car to go and explore the region during your stay. It did not affect our stay at all as we parked the car for the night and then took it out once to depart in the morning. The space is a bit tight but William manages all very effectively!

La Maison Odeia Bordeaux Centre was conveniently located in the heart of Bordeaux, making it easy to access anywhere. On the day we arrived, we were able to visit Bordeaux's Water Garden from here. The hotel was situated in an alley, without any sign, so we had to find it by the street number. William, who runs the hotel, sent text messages in advance explaining how to park and enter the hotel, but when we arrived, we were very confused because there was no reception. It could be described as an unmanned hotel. It was especially difficult to figure out which key was for opening and closing the garage door. However, William kindly guided us through FaceTime (it's difficult to use phone calls abroad due to cost), so we didn't have much trouble getting into the hotel. Also, it was cloudy and a bit cold on the day we arrived, but William sent someone (I forgot her name) to check the heater, which greatly helped us sleep well that night. It was the warmest night we spent during this France trip. We stayed on the third floor, and there was a large living room and kitchen on the second floor. It seemed like a place where you could experience French apartment living in the summer. The bread, yogurt, butter, and cheese for breakfast were very good. William prepared it himself. We had an enjoyable time talking with him about himself, his wife, and his daughter.

Superb
-
Well located property for exploring Bordeaux - walking distance to centre and tram stop 120m from house - safe quiet area. Tastefully decorated modern property with everything you would need for a short break. Breakfast was tasty and food was of high quality and fresh with very good coffee. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely outdoor deck area but we didn't get to use it as weather wasn't good. A bit disappointed that breakfast was not as shown in photos - the food we were served was very fresh and very good quality but there were no eggs and we only got fresh fruit on one day out of three.

Lovely little hotel, quiet and next the center of Bordeaux. Nice hosts. Enjoied the breakfast and the possibility to make a coffee on our own in the “ living room” .

The breakfast was wonderful. The common space/living room area was warm and comfortable. I enjoyed my conversations with the guests as well. I would return to this flat!

Camille and William were very helpful hosts. Breakfast was excellent and more than we could eat. The streetcar train system stops close to the property making access to the rest of the city easy. There’s a very good bakery just around the corner and other casual restaurants nearby. We reserved parking in their garage which was convenient and reasonably priced.

This was a lovely room in a nondescript building in an anonymous street or laneway just behind the cities botanic gardens. It also had off street parking.
