Brilliant location, hotel looked actually better than on the photos, the staff (all of them) were just brilliant and really cared for you to ensure you had a wonderful time at their hotel and in Bordeaux No ice in the fridge but then the barman gave us a bucket, so no issues there.

Really liked the decor of the room. The bed was comfortable and the AC was perfect for all day and night. You can also use the secure car park for the duration of your stay. The room was a bit small for us where we had a large suitcase. We also didn’t have the best view from the window.

Excellent hotel, our fourth visit. P

The room was very clean, bed is comfortable and the cool artwork around the walls gives the room an extra touch! The hotel overall is a good spot to retire into after enjoying bordeaux. The street isn’t so cosy but accessible with public transport and walking distance to the center, and we found the room a bit too small and struggled to fit our luggage in. There’s a massive tv but you can’t watch films or access streaming platforms (just french tv), which doesn’t match the modern vibe of the hotel or hospitality standards in 2026. The receptionists also chatted rude comments about us in french thinking we couldn’t understand.

Stylish rooms and lovely lobby/bar area to hang out in. The room was quiet despite street facing and was a good size with a comfy bed. Staff very friendly A little bit of a walk to the centre (15-20mins) as the hotel is a more residential area, but there is a tram closeby

Staff were lovely. Location very good. Brutalist architecture in the neighbourhood.

The staff were lovely. Super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy (underneath the hotel, but not bookable in advance). The communal areas were comfy. The bed was really uncomfortable and the room quite tight to move around, albeit very clean.
