Got an electric shock and small cut from a socket built into bed that tripped all the electrics. Staff didn't arrive to resolve until later and as it was pitch dark and scary didn't want to let male porter in room as a female alone. Then electrics came back on in the small hours of morning woke me up with a shock. Staff didn't bother to check in next day or offer any compensation or reduction and I was glad to leave. Area felt unsafe at night.

convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The hotel is very big yet well mantained. The room was spacious and well equipped. no private parking - there are parkings in the surroundings. given the rates, it would be appreciated if the parking rate could be included or at least discounted for the hotel guests

Location is central The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment, particularly the rooms and bathrooms. The carpets look extremely old and worn, with years of stains and discolouration. The yellow metal box in the room looks like something from a 16th-century prison cell and is very dated. Toilet seat gone yellow inside I would say it’s a 4 star hotel The curtains also had visible stains, while the bathtub in the bathroom had turned yellow around the corners. The silicone sealant was also mouldy and clearly needed replacing. Overall, the rooms and bathrooms feel very tired and dated and are in need of a proper refurbishment and deep clean.

It was well connected for the metro link to both the airport, the old town and the train station. Room was lovely. Staff very helpful. Bed very comfortable and the pillows were superb. Good facilities in the room. Everything worked. The temperature in the room was set just right considering the heat outside. We slept really well. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Arranged a late check-out with no issues. Thank you for a lovely stay in Bordeaux. N/a there were no downsides to staying in this hotel.

Although electricity went out , the staff (owners/managers) went above and beyond to ensure it didn't hamper our stay in the slightest. The location is a bit odd.

The reception and bar staff were very friendly The room was clean but staining to the base of the bath tub put me off having a bath. Coming in, by chance, at the back of the hotel was off putting as you are walking to a building site and it is not very clear on how to get to the reception area.
