Fantastic spa facilities, room excellent and comfortable bed. It would have been nice if the bar had been a little more separate from the restaurant.

The bedroom was superb- comfy bed, really cool decor, peaceful, great facilities. Lovely restaurant and bar area, staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We loved it all and would highly recommend. Slightly out of city centre (so thought parking rather expensive) but walkable in 30 mins and transport links were great to get into city (bus and tram). Immediate Chartrons area was charming- we only found Rue Notre-Dam by chance and think hotel ought to make more of this to clients!

Great location and friendly staff. We were woken on Sunday morning and Sunday evening by the handyman who was trying to find a water leakage - we know it was an urgent situation but twice in one day with no apology was not great.

Everything perfect Air conditioning for some reason during the night is not really strong so it gets very warm and they were sweating quite a lot while sleeping

Hotel itself is honestly so beautiful. So tasteful, stunning pool and bar There was no water in the rooms in the morning, no one told us about it, couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth before the airport. Not acceptable to pay that money for one night and have no water. We slept very poorly as the rooms are insufferably hot despite us lowering the AC. AC doesn’t work.

Chambres particulièrement soignées, spacieuses et dotées d’une literie confortable, à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Le personnel se distingue par son accueil chaleureux et sa prévenance. Le parking n’est pas inclus (40€ par jour) Le petit déjeuner est très cher 35€, la version express a 12€ est une bonne alternative. Déçus du spa/piscine, plutôt exigus, piscine surélevée. Nous avions connu mieux dans des hôtels de standing pourtant inférieur, ce qui est regrettable .

Great hotel , nice rooms with modern anemities and high quality standards throughout Breakfast was quite expensive (35 EUR) for what it was , only standard buffet and no special alla carte menu, coffee was also average quality and service was slow at breakfast

Beautiful hotel, great bar, great pool, amazing staff. Was slightly further from the center than expected, but nothing that cant be fixed with a taxi.
