Overall, very good experience for its value! Staff is multilingual and very helpful. You can keep your luggage in storage room before check-in / after check-our for free. The beds are private with curtains which is a huge plus. Everything was comfy and clean with lots of space to keep your belongings. I would say the location, which was not very easy for me to find on my first day, coming from the Flixbus stop. Overall it's about 10 minutes walk from central station. Towels were not included in price, but this is on me for not checking that beforehand. But it could be nice to add paper rolls in the bathroom, that wouldn't cost a lot! Also keep in mind there are large windows in the bathroom, and I didn't see an option to cover them (?)

Well located, not far from the train station. Clean and nice place, calm with a comfortable bed. Free, secured, big lockers.

I loved the cleanliness and the atmosphere. Staff were very accommodating

Proximity to Gare Saint Jean Lighting in the room is not enough.

Fabulous

Service and facilities were great!!! Maybe the location, it is not bad, it is just not as close to the main touristic area but it does not really matter

Super comfy, lots of things to see nearby. Near from train station. Restaurant was closed, lounge was been used for a private event, and rooftop is cold during winter so there weren’t a lot of places to work. Other than that it was good overall.

I was in a dorm room, and it got very hot! The kitchen wasn't very well stocked for cooking.

Definitely the location ....Very well planned Hostel/Hotel Had additional areas you could cill out in ...The terrace was a gret place to spend time in.

Good place to stace for exploring the city. We had a cabin for two people, which indeed is small but suited us perfectly fine, since you don't spent a lot of time (awake) in it anyway. It was clean and mostly silent. The location near the trainstation was good as well, since usung the tram you'll be in the city center real quick. All fine

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Housekeeping would even mop the floors everyday. There are very chill lounging areas with a nice ambiance. Their staff is super helpful and present 24/7. It’s quite close to the tram or busses. The rooms are nice and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Nothing spectacular with the rooms. Everything you’d expect for the price. The area around the hostel can be a little sketchy at night. Breakfast is expensive. You’ll be better off having breakfast at a cafe nearby.

A little further from the train station than I had guessed, but not too bad.

The hostel was well located next to the train station and in front of Atelier des citernes. The 24-hour reception made it easy to check in even though we arrived after midnight. Regarding our room, the capsule was cozy, and the shared bathrooms were very clean. We paid for the breakfast buffet one of the days and were happy with all of the options available. Overall very modern amenities, which made it a pleasant stay. It would be nice if there was bodywash available in the showers and a shelf/bench within the shower to place our items. In addition, it would be great if adhesives to blur the view were placed in all bathroom windows, as it faces the street.

The room is so small

Breakfast was disappointing. Had to cook your eggs in a small pan at a very slow pace. Dinner was better except they changed the pasta and meat sauce with broccoli. Staff should be available at the front desk as soon as you walk in, then should check the guests themselves. Also, while checking in, they should go over your procedures (asking for room cleaned, ect.. also never heard of a 'capsule' room....
