LES CHAMBRES DE MARIE

Characterful accommodation within walking distance of the city centre and short walk to nearest tram stop. Comfortable and well equipped with nice touches - air-conditioning was much appreciated. No view (only window is in the ceiling) or outside space. Ceiling was low in places and hazardous for taller people.

This is a lovely place to stay, individual rooms ( there are 3-2 with terrace) in a lovely neighborhood within 13 min tram ride of Bordeaux center. Easy to navigate the tram and a few minutes away from CHAMBRES de Marie. Comfy, good breakfast delivered to your door, great shower and bed. Quiet and near some great neighborhood restaurants ( LAmedee!!-tres bon.) Marie was very helpful , made reservations for us and she and Lea were very responsive. Do not hesitate to stay here! Merci beaucoup! Given we were there in a heatwave, we had a few glitches with A/C which were addressed quickly. Do get room with terrace as room 1, while lovely, does not have terrace.

Quiet, out of the centre, about 20-30 mins walk to main attractions. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, breakfast provided. Parking is relatively expensive. €22 per day for nearby (10 mins walk) parking station. Time limited paid street parking available but also expensive.

Amazing retreat in lovely Bordeaux! This was one of the coziest and most stylish places we’ve ever stayed. Can’t recomme

Some people may not like that there is one flight of stairs to access this room but I prefer not to be at street level.

My room was pretty, clean and had a lovely patio. A generous and well presented breakfast was left at my door at the time requested. I would definitely recommend this lovely small B&B.

Spacious and very clean , close to the train that is a must ! Limited restaurants within walking distance.

Marie was a fantastic host. She really cares about making the guests feel comfortable and she helped me a lot. Great recommendations for things to do in the city and the rooms are beautiful and cozy. My room even had a terrace with great views.

The host, Marie, is always available to answer your needs (preferably on What’s up), gives you recommendations about what to visit, great breakfast servedat the time you asked, quiet location, 6 minutes walk from tram, 7 min walk from a Carrefour. N/a

Marie, is a wonderful host; friendly, outgoing, informative and helpful. She puts together an awesome breakfast every morning. It is a great way to start the day. The apartment we had was cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the shower was great. You can not go wrong with staying at anyone of Les Chambres de Marie apartments. It's a close walk to everything downtown or you can take the very convenient Tram into town. Marie is a gem and so are the rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Our host Marie was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. The room is cute and very clean, comfortable. There is nothing that we did not like.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Everything is well thought through. You get water in glass bottles, very nice washing products and thick, white towels, wonderful fragrances in and outside the room. It’s small but cosy. It’s quiet and within a walking distance from the city centre. Great place! Thank you! Everything great!

Perfect stopover location in Bordeaux. Easy access to train station, airport and all the wonderful restaurants in the centre. Room was spotless and so many perfect little extras. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again Everything perfect

Very good

Very attentive host. Smartly refurbished and equipped room. Great location. The only drawback is the lack of a window. There is an electrically operated velux, but you can’t really look out across this elegant area of Bordeaux.
