Best Western Bordentown Inn

Nothing at all The pool was not in operation it was one of the main reasons we were staying there looked very nice in the photos was not anything like the photos at all had people looking in my windows that were part of the staff hanging out to see if we were out of the room I think I had to shut the blind before they left from looking in the window while I was standing right in front of it an hour and a half before checkout let's see that I mentioned they never advertise the pool being shut down and was very dirty

This location is okay for an emergency trip but every time I have requested a first floor room it is not honored. The fridge/freezer were nasty and not cleaned, even smelled and leaked. I tried cleaning it but it seemed to make it worse. Breakfast was disappointing and the sausage had run out after about an hr, someone kept saying more was coming but I didn't wait around for it. Trash was visible and smelled outside my entire 2 night visit. It looked like it had been gathered and left. Rates are reasonable just keep in mind you get what you pay for. I'll spend a few more dollars for the Holiday Inn down the street, unless its an emergency or last minute trip. The shower and bed were great!

Nothing special but decent

Mattress were extremely hard.., pool was not available, we find out after we got there. Front desk service sucks.. Check in time was at 3 pm got there at 2:45 was not checked in till 3:30 . My body was hurting from the mattress.. Hsd to check out early and change hotels what an inconvenience.. never again

I didn't ask her what would be open at the present time because it was so late she did recommend a food spot that was open and I was very pleased by that. Once we got to the floor dad she gave us the hallways or smelly like urine. It was filthy dirty in the walkway air conditioner covers where all over tucked underneath the steps. I proceed to go into my room and the rooms were clean I have to say but not enough towels so I called the front desk and she met me halfway and we had to go on a hunt for about 5 minutes to look for two towels. When I went to go check the bed it was a box spring bed mattress instead of a mattress and a box spring the bed was very hard very uncomfortable. When it was time to get up it was 10:35 and housekeeping was already knocking on the door. Drove for 2 hours just to get to there and was not satisfied.

I found cockroach in my room. Ladder well, ice machine and parking are not cleaned. Moreover, I was told that breakfast is at 7.00 am which is alot later than other hotel but I waited until 7.20 am. They are not half ready.

The rooms were better than expected from what I initially thought pulling on to the property. They could use a deep clean but bed and normally used thing and surfaces were clean They do offer a small free continental breakfast. Staff was very polite even with dealing with a difficult customer right before me .

I had no electricity

The room wasn't ready for two guests. Not enough towels and not thoroughly cleaned. They did respond to request for needs.

Staff are very accommodating customer service based

Nothing Pool was closed, bed was unmade and had dirty sheets upon arrival, walls full of fingerprints, room had a funky smell. I will never stay at best western hotels ever again

The location is right off the highway. The rooms need to be cleaned better. It’s ok.

No power, dirty bedsheets, broken pool, had to move out 2nd night.

The fridge didn't work, the sheet was stained with blood, there is no pool, and the breakfast was horrible.

Toothpaste splash on bathroom wall behind faucet, wet stained ceiling tiles, smelled like smoke, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no additional and we had 3 people in the room we brought in some we had in car. Pool was out of service

The air conditioning was fantastic otherwise the room was not, first off the room was dirty like someone never cleaned it there was a half eaten sandwich in the fridge along with a bottle of Jamison liquor and a half of a Wawa ice tea the bathroom was dirty and the phone didn’t work. I’ve stayed here before a long time ago but this place has changed quite a bit since then, I won’t be back!!!

Room was clean. Front desk person was very helpful.
