1. For a "Disability Access" room, the toilet was too low to stand up from without assistance, and the grab bars were not positioned to be useful to assist in standing. 2. We left an item in the room, and housekeeping found it. We told (by phone) the front desk clerk that they could charge the cost of shipping it to us to our credit card, but they said that they could not do that.

The staff that I encountered. Had to use the key card several times before the door would open. Online it says check-in is at 3 pm but posted in the rooms it says 2 pm. There should be more than coffee and tea for breakfast. At least if there is no breakfast there should be coffee pots in the rooms.

The location was ideal for my situation. The room was not cleaned properly, I left the same night. I've now been waiting over 3 Weeks for my refund. I've left several messages for management to contact me I haven't heard anything yet. Booking.com has sent emails for management also no response.

Property is not well represented by the photos. Our room was dirty and moldy smelling. We did not stay at this hotel. There are a lot of long term residents at this property. The staff was nice and they gave us a full refund. We moved to another hotel.
