The room is comfortable, with a small terrace facing the main road. Very basic utilities provided (No kettle nor mini bar in the room).Breakfast is ok. Located in the centre of Bormio, skilifts (Bormio 2000) are 2-3 km away, no private shuttle provided. Bus stop is approx 100 mt from the hotel, with buses running every 20-30 min. Parking was not available despite asking beforehand, and it was tricky to find one during peak season. No hairdryer available upon request ( only one available for the entire building!).

The location and staff were great. My shower was rather small.

Horrible customer service!
-
Nice communal areas and modern bathrooms. Close to the town centre with its shops and bars. A bit of a trek to the ski lift so working out the bus route was essential. Very noisy with little sound proofing between the rooms. The doors all banged shut and you could hear every conversation as if they were in your room

The location is excellent, close to the city centre and not far from the slopes. The personnel is very helpful and kind. The coffee/cappuccino from the bar wasn't great compared to the standards in Italy.

The staff were really helpful and made a takeaway breakfast package for us, as we had a early start and had to get going before breakfast opened. We did join the breakfast buffet on our final morning and this was also lovely. Handy location for all the things we wanted to do while in Bormio. The room was as expected with comfy bed, small desk/chair and private bathroom. Little free parking. You probably have to arrive quite early in the day, i.e. just after others have checked out to get a free parking spot. The hotel has paid parking garage if the free parking is full, which we did for the first night, then the next day after others had left, we managed to move the car into a free spot. The temperature in the room runs warm but I think this would be really lovely in the winter :)

Very nice and clean hotel, perfect location.

location It was far to hot all the time despite repeated attempts by the staff to turn off our room heating it was always 24 degrees which is far to hot to sleep

Great place and position in the town. Great breakfast to fuel to climb the Stelvio by Bike... Free parking till afternoon on the check out day. Free bicycle park No possibility of shower after the Stelvio Bike Day...
-
Excellent location next to the old town. The breakfast was a bit disjointed. We had to ask for spoons, cereal bowls which should have been replenished without us having to ask. The bar was not very cosy.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location for tackling the Stelvio Pass. A very warm welcome from the staff at reception, who had very good English. Very nice room with good facilities, the bathroom was also very nice with a spacious walk-in shower and plenty of toiletries. Lovely bar & restaurant areas with a spacious outside patio area for relaxing after a long day on the motorbike. I was offered secure overnight storage for my motorbike, which was complimentary, unlike some hotels (Premier Inn!) who charge €15 per night to use the underground car parks. Overall a lovely hotel and one I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Nothing, couldn't fault the hotel, facilities or staff.
