Everything was great! WiFi worked in the room but not outside it.

Excellent location. All new interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Good parking solution very nearby. Great value! No complaints.

Property was exactly as expected. It built in the middle of the old town so the building is old and quirky. We loved it. Once you find it and figure out parking (Call ahead for very specific directions), everything in town is in walking distance. Bormio was a great stopover on our way to Livigno. Their morning breakfast was fantastic and included custom coffees, fresh squeezed juices, made to order eggs and so many freshly made baked goods. Everything was great but getting to the hotel to drop luggage and then locating their parking was challenging. Call ahead to get copy of their map and directions and go for it with an open mind. We had both and still struggled. If you are jet lagged and cranky, take an Uber ;-) The phone map apps have a hard time with all the narrow streets, stone walls and one ways. The staff was super patient and fluent in English as we had to call several times to find our way.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff and owner were friendly and very helpful.

Great location to skiing and quiet street

Perfectly located in the town of Bormio, this is a well-maintained, charming hotel with a delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. We highly recommend for anyone visiting Bormio

Cool vibe. They were exceptionally busy during the Olympics, but handled our stay efficiently. They had a room for us to store our skis. They let us store our baggage there for a few hours while we were at an Olympic event, even though we had checked out. Great breakfast! Great location. We'll come back!

Cute little hotel very well located, nearby the bus station. The breakfast was very good, the rooms are huge and staff was helpful. Nothing.

Oh my goodness! How we have been looking forward to writing this review! For starters, we adore our home, AND we could oh so easily have moved into Hotel San Vitale. The staff, the location, the breakfast, the town, and the MUSIC in the hotel, all by far exceeded our expectations. Again, service at the hotel was impeccable and communication effortless. The staff was both professional and personable at the same time- Thank you Jennifer, Laura and Doug for all your many kindnesses...can't wait to return! -Holly and Dave

The hotel rooms are large and beautiful and the location, right in the old town, is perfect. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very nice and breakfast was amazing! We will definitely come back to Bormio and look forward to staying at Hotel San Vitale again. Nothing!

Hotel and rooms were modern, spacious, clean and luxurious. Breakfast was superb.

This was easily one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Located in the beautiful mountains of Bormio, the hotel had a cozy, stylish alpine feel with the warmth and charm of a boutique property. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a standout — fresh pastries, amazing coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a great à la carte menu. The shower was amazing, with a large tropical rainfall head and strong water pressure — such a treat after a day in the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the nearby covered parking was also very convenient. Everything was perfect!

Only (slight) downside was complicated/weird WiFi, but it worked fine once we got it worked out.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms spacious and exceptionally clean. Lovely breakfast. Rooftop sauna and wellness area an added bonus. Would definitely recommend
