The bathroom was fantastic - maybe an odd thing to note, but it was spacious and the walk in shower was great. We also loved the location right at the base of Monte Grappa with easy access to the two main cycling rights up. The hotel staff were also really accommodating to us as cyclists. They let us rinse off our bikes with their hose and had space for us to bring the bikes inside.

There were a lot of people at the restaurant and not enough staff. We went and got our own menus, it took ages to get a drink and order food. The order was taken incorrectly and one meal had to go back. However, the food was good. I would suggest being able to order with a QR code at busy times would really help.
