Staff were very very lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice which more variety than I first thought their was. Not a full heavy breakfast, but enough to start the day. The room was lovely and we really liked the decor. Don't really have much to say, we stayed here for the AMA festival so was a great location for that, not a great location to get to main cities I suppose.

The room was OK, spacious enough with three single beds and a shared terrace with chairs and a table. The beds and linen seemed clean. Air conditioning was a big plus! The bathroom was clean and the hairdryer was there. The floor and the rug in the room were apparently not vacuumed before my stay, since they were a bit dirty. The breakfast was rather poor in variety, consisting of a packed croissant, two pieces of pre-toasted bread, a biscuit and some packed marmalade. Other options were boiled eggs, yoghurt and fruit, while the receptionist made a toast with ham and cheese and served coffee. Other than that no savoury dishes or a buffet.

Spaceous, renovated, clean rooms The breakfast was a typical Italian sweet breakfast with lots of items wrapped in plastic. Although there was No fresh bread or any cheese or ham, there were a lot of sweet items to choose from, yoghurt, a boiled egg and some fruit

I liked that the receptionist was friendly and that I had good Wi-Fi. The cleaning in the room was good but the walls were dirty and they could have used a coat of paint. They gave the room a dirty look. Also, the wood panel at the head of the bed was really dirty. Although they were useful, the ear plugs next to the bed were a bad sign of things that had to come. There was a party or something next to the hotel and you could hear a lot of noise in your room. The breakfast was quite bad. They did not have a buffet as shown in the photos and besides the sandwich and one boiled egg, there was no cooked food. Just things that you could get off the shelf of a supermarket, like pre-toasted bread which has the softness of a brick and an already opened box of pineapple juice and some croissant with the packaging still on them. I'm sorry but this was my honest review. At least if the price was lower, I would be more ok with the conditions, but in this price range, at this moment in time, I'd have much better accommodation in this region in Italy.
