The location was easy to find. It was dark and I had to use my gps. There was ample parking, a covered main entrance, important because it was raining and I was warmly greeted.

The staff was very friendly and prompt. We got extra towels whenever we requested. I liked that we were close to a Target so we can quickly grab things. There was no full length mirror or any mirror at all outside the bathroom. All the mirrors are in the bathroom, which is hard with multiple people trying to get ready at the same time. The bathroom had both the vanity and full length mirror inside. Parking lot was very full at night, we almost couldn't find a parking spot after coming back late one night. Had to park very far away near the next hotel at the very last spot we could find.

Overall, will stay here again for my next trip to Boston and would recommend for anyone looking for a more quieter stay from downtown. Thanks again to the hotel front desk staff!

No breakfast included but they did provide complimentary snacks/drinks which was very nice!

The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful especially the women in the bistro. Parking should be included not an additional fee. The website indicated a pool so we were disappointed that there was not one - had kids in our group.

Hotel is located in a nice plaza accessible for shopping and food. Closest subway station is about 10-minutes walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend for anyone coming to this area of the city.

I liked that it was so close to everything. Almost walking distance to stores and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. I did not appreciate finding bodily fluid stains on our sheets. The towels appeared to be dirty and looked as though they were refolded after use. The room overall was not clean and after a 17 hour road trip we were not thrilled about having to wait for the front desk and housekeeping to fix the issue.
