Parking was a bit difficult or you’re arriving late at night, other than that, I have no complaints, everything went well

Breakfast is ok. Asked for extra pillows one night around 9.30pm, staff said housekeeping had gone home so couldn't get any more until the morning which we found strange. Also asked for extra milk for the room and was told the kitchen was closed and locked so reception staff couldn't help. Again, found this odd.

We were very pleased with our comfortable and spacious room with contemporary design and thought through lighting and amenities. Sometimes Booking.com pictures do not live up to the expectations and you end up in a worn out room. Home 2 Suites exceeded the expectations! Our special request was met. We appreciated varied breakfast options, including waffle maker that was a hit with kids. Convenient location, taking just about 25 minutes to the center of Boston with public transport. Jevon has been particularly kind and responsive to our needs, much appreciated! If I had to think of opportunities for improvement, I would stay breakfast room could really be more spacious! It was really crowded on the days we have stayed, and having a place to sit for a family of 4 was not to be taken for granted! Our room was not made up/towels not changed, but that was clearly stated as hotel policy, so no complains there.

Great location and reasonably priced for the area and type of property. well maintained and replenished waffle station. Overrated breakfast ; limited seating during breakfast and often uncomfortable.

breakfast was good but there is no place to sit for breakfast. all tables are full everyday. hotel is clean, location is okay. no place to sit for breakfast. all tables are full everyday. they make the rooms every other day. we ran out of shower gel and towers and there was not quick replacement available.

The breakfast was really good. They changed their menu daily. We usually don’t bother breakfast at the hotel cause it’s always the same. The location is about 7-8 mins walk to the Andrew station and is safe. And there is shopping and food are just behind the hotel.

Staff were very nice! Room was clean. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices like: bagels, muffins, oatmeal, waffles, you get one meat ham sausage or bacon, potatoes, fruits, and their coffee/tea/hot chocolate station is 24/7 available in the lobby.

Not too far from airport, it’s very spacious and breakfast was exceptionally good. Nothing honestly.

We were in the city for the Stamp Expo. This was a great area to stay in: easy to walk to trains and there were plenty i]of food and shopping options nearby. Wish the price point were lower -- we would have stayed an extra day or two.

Absolument rien a dire tout était parfait, de la chambre au petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique et aidant. Hôtel a 10 minutes à pied du métro, parfait pour se rendre au centre ville, je recommande vivement!
