The staff was great! We asked for late checkout and they were very accommodating!!! For that reason we will be back!!! I did not like the heavy marijuana smell in the hallways and elevator!!!

Location was great, right next to a delicious Mexican restaurant. Breakfast was good, the gym was enough for a simple workout and I loved the black out blinds. And shoutout to Romeo on the desk who really helped me out with parking. Thanks Romeo

Staff was excellent and helpful. Only thing I would like is for information on when breakfast is available and hours to use amenities.

The room was clean an very big and comfortable. The staff wery nice. The breakfast was very good.

My wife has a very bad back and needs a reasonably soft bed. The general manager, Lauren(?), was extremely accommodating and allowed us to try 2 different rooms before we found a room with a bed that was satisfactory. The only downside was the room was next to the external ventilation of the hotel and was a bit noisy. Be aware of $25/night parking. Other than that, our stay was very good. Clean, very spacious, mini-kitchen, free breakfast.

We paid extra for a deluxe room. Wewere put in a handicap room as far from the lobby as possible: room 101. The refrigerator made loud noises all night. There is no handicap parking available. This room was clean but poorly ventilated and loud. I feel sorry for any handicapped person staying there. We left early it was so bad.

Bed was super comfortable It was sterile. Nothing interesting or special. After being a bonvoy member for 30+ years I’m DONE.

This place is pricey, in my opinion — the $25/night for parking on top of the room rate stings a little as well — but it really is a beautiful property, well-maintained, and the studios are well-equipped. We had five people in a studio and we did not feel cramped. The breakfast provided is also probably the best I've had at this sort of breakfast-buffet-provided hotel. So I did not feel like I did not get my money's worth.

Booked a full week. Lots to recommend the hotel. But we were put by the laundry room with the attending sounds and vibrations throughout the day. And no view. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast. Nice bar.

Superb

Close to cherry creek mall and museums Laundry facilities were good Room was at street level so had to keep blinds closed and it was very dark despite having all the lights on
-
We ate breakfast there almost every day. The only issue we had was the room key expired 15 minutes before checkout so we got locked out while we were moving our items out. We were part of a group and heard this happened everywhere so I think it’s coded that way intentionally

The location, facility and room size and make-up were all excellent. The staff were also friendly and professional. The price (over $420 USD) far exceeds a reasonable rate for this accommodation. It was a concert weekend, so expectations were the nightly price would be higher - but this is a bit outrageous.
-
Staff were very friendly and helpful. A few nice restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was very average. Did not cater much for vegetarian or vegan options and very few healthy items on menu. The fridge in the room is very loud. The room decor is okish. A few days ago I stayed at the Marriott in Leipzig, and there is no comparison.
