Beautiful cozy room. The room was clean and the best was comfortable m. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We wanted to walk around on our check out day and they were kind to hold on to the chocolates I purchased so they wouldn’t melt while we were walking. The breakfast was delicious. My only small complaint is we were in the first floor room next to the dining area and could hear everything happening there from late night ice run to the morning breakfast prep. It wasn’t horrible just not great if you are a light sleeper.

With only 12 rooms, the facility is quiet (no children allowed) and well-maintained with a polite staff. It has a bed-and-breakfast vibe and is conveniently located in downtown Boulder. Price of accommodation was reasonable.

We will definitely stay here again. Quiet but less than a block back from Pearl Street. Easy parking.

It’s a quaint Inn in a perfect location downtown Boulder. It’s very safe and comfortable with a nice lounge area to relax. The breakfast is tasty! The happy hour could be a bit more upscale with better quality products & more variety but the wine was good.

Location was great. Walk to anything you want or need. Breakfast was delicious and the options were terrific. Staff, the best! Nothing could have been better for me or my party. Everything was just right.

Wonderful stay at the Bradley! We loved the quiet, historic bed and breakfast. The room was clean and quiet with blackout curtains and the bed was comfortable. Furnishings were old but adequate. Parking was available on site and it was wonderful to walk to the shops and restaurants on nearby Pearl Street. Breakfast was adequate but we decided to go out for a few during our stay to have made to order eggs and variety. Loved the chocolate chip cookies and the pre dinner wine, beer and small appetizers. Close drive to nearby parks and hiking trails. Will stay again.

Beautiful Inn was like a big private home on the 1st floor. Charcuterie and wine offered in the afternoon. very good breakfast with excellent Quiche. Friendly staff. Pay attention to the arrival rules. Note that while parking was available, there was a $25/night charge.

Beautiful building with a welcoming ambience, just off Pearl St. We loved the breakfast, cookies, puzzles and books, comfortable bed and more. Will definitely be back!

Incredible stay at The Bradley in Boulder, CO. Late check in was easy and convenient. Parking was simple and close to entry. Building was immaculate and grounds were spectacular. Breakfast was incredible, staff was friendly and accommodating. This place is a gem.

Room appeared quite run down. Dresser drawers would not open. AC/Heat inconsistent and difficult to navigate. Bathroom needs drastic improvement! They forgot to clean and make up our room one day.
