Nothing except the staff was nice We brought a small little service dog. When we arrived, we were told our dog couldn’t stay in the room alone. So we had to cancel our anniversary dinner which we had been planning for a long time. We were so disappointed. We also were unable to use a luggage cart without the staff being with us so they had to follow us if we grabbed a luggage cart.

Perfect location within walking distance of the entertainment district. The only thing I was disappointed with, really, was the service being very hit or miss. The valet attendants and the morning/check-in staff were lovely and went above and beyond, but the late afternoon and PM shift folks could not be bothered and were cold and dismissive. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, which made me too nervous to let them know that my tv wasn’t working. For the expensive price of the room, that was a bummer.

The room was clean. The hotel was nice. The location was good. The restaurant food in the hotel is subpar over salted and greasy. If you eat somewhere else, you’ll probably enjoy this Property more than I did.The other little problem was acoustics. I could hear my neighbors coming and going talking in the hallways, closing doors, etc..

Wonderful location, right next to downtown activities. The corner bar had great appetizers and drinks and the staff was friendly.

Very cute hotel- very nice staff. Valet and front desk were wonderful. Restaurant was nice and open late. Great location. Suite was big and had charm. Sofa bed was dirty but hotel addressed it. Valet parking was $40 a night which seemed expensive when already paying a lot for a hotel. A little weird to get to room when on the historic side.

Lobby and historic interiors of hotel are amazing and beautiful and staff were wonderful. Feels upscale and classy. We stayed in the separate wing across the skyway, and the room, mainly the bathroom, just fell short and not up to par given the very expensive price point. The furnishings in the room were nice, but the bathroom walls and shower were bare with basic paint, no tile, no wallpaper, no decor at all - and felt kind of old school like a motel with a little nicer countertop. Otherwise I could have been in a Howard Johnson bathroom.
