Location is everything and this has it. Right on the creek trail. Right near Pearl Street. Right near the campus. Plus a pool and free parking. Staying here is a no brainer.

The inn is a great place to stay for access to CU Boulder and the Pearl Street Mall. While low on frills, our room was clean in general and comfortable. There was no street noise issues we had in the night although after 8 AM as traffic picked up there was some noise. The staff were very chilled and helpful. There is also decent parking for free which is great given its great location. However, we came late at night and had to find parking in the rear of the property that was a bit dark. It was perfectly suited and priced for the purposes of our trip for a college campus visit.

We had the corner King. The room had plenty of space and was clean and bed was comfortable. We were in town for a concert and the location was great. We would stay again for these reasons. The gentleman who checked us in was personable and gave us plenty of useful information when asked about the surrounding area.

Be careful to chose a quite room. Just expect a typical motel room with window type air condition

We always enjoy staying at the Boulder University Inn. The staff is super nice, it's very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. It has easy parking - we were even able to park our Uhaul trailer in the parking lot with no problem. And the prices are reasonable compared to other options in Boulder. I would highly recommend it and will stay there again.

It’s in a very noisy location and I heard traffic all night. It’s is in walking distance to the Pearl street Mall.

Good room and location. June and no access to Pool. Attendant had to open facility. No place to gather except room off office check in, noisy with ice machine. Little comfort. Put patio out back? Need to get outside but nowhere to sit.

We have stayed at the Boulder University Inn while visiting the area several times. We park our car at the Motel and walk to all of the nearby shops, restaurants, and Pearl Street activities. The rooms have always been clean. The beds are comfortable, and the area is quiet while sleeping at nighttime. Great Place! All was good. We did not utilize the pool so no heads up on how enjoyable it may be.

Entry and exit from parking lot ver challenging, pool is not as pictured, rooms smaller than pictured. Clean, comfy. Don't rely on soaps. All diluted to the point of useless

We stayed 2 nights at Boulder University Inn to attend a concert at Folsom Field. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it was adequate for us but definitely not worth the upcharge for a popular weekend in Boulder. The rooms were dated could use some upgrades. Our room was clean when we entered but we noticed stains in the linens and towels and hair in the shower as we settled in. The air conditioner and TV were finicky but ultimately not a big deal. It was comfortable enough and the staff was very nice. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary coffee. Location is walking distance to a lot of great spots in Boulder so it was easy to get around town.

just pricey, but it's Boulder :(

Perfect for a few days in town. Room was clean, spacious, quiet. Staff are totally lovely. As a lower-cost option for Boulder it’s a no-brainer

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Figuring out parking was a bit frustrating. The main lot was full and I only found the parking at the back of the property by accident. I realize the hotel is right in downtown Boulder so parking is tight but there should have been some clear indication as to how to find the adjacent lot.
