It was a great place to stay in!

Instead, the head boards of both beds are back to back and one side of the bed is against the wall, so one person has to crawl over the other person to get in the bed. Not ideal for my wife with bad knees, and who likes to stay up later while I sleep earlier. Also, no night stands, and power outlets are at your feet. Had to place my CAP on the floor. If actual rooms had been shown as they are, we would not have stayed. When we asked to change rooms were advised no rooms are as shown in photos and this was done for conventions so colleagues staying in same room done have to look at each other. TV is placed between each bed so you have to lean against wall, but head boards block view. All very odd floor plan, so be prepared if you plan to stay here.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby but is a disorganized mess. I paid for the hotel three months in advance; but was double billed; charges were placed on my card repeatedly that had no connection to my stay. Valet parking was a mess. The rates charged are premium rates, but the experience was anything but. I have traveled and stayed in Boulder at least a dozen times in the last five years, and have stayed at numerous hotels in the area, this one was the most disappointing so far.

The location was amazing! Very easy to walk to Pearl Street. We also enjoyed restaurants and coffee shops located right next to the hotel. The lobby, seating areas and outdoor areas were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice touches included the water dispenser and free snacks at the front desk.

Super clean place, just small. Asked for ice bucket from front desk. Did not receive. Room temperature was warm despite thermostat reading 68. Hotel lobby super cute and staff friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. A bit pricey but worth it.

I enjoyed my stay there.

Like staying in a dorm room. There was absolutly bithing in the room except the very basics. No coffee maker. No closet. Mattress felt like a dorm mattress.

Excellent staff on check in and check out

Location. The Bed mattress was too soft, generating back pain.

The front desk staff were incompetent and aloof. Community spaces were nice to use. Thank goodness, because as I said my room was almost unlivable.

Great stay!
