The Boulder Broker

The lobby and decor was so much fun. There was plenty of parking and the location was close to everything we needed to get to during our stay. The desk staff was very helpful. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but the hotel was clean, although dated. It was still charming.

The hotel was fine for the reasonable price paid. The restaurant was not open.

Literally nothing. The hotel was under construction so the bar, game room, pool etc were not open and this was not known before hand. It looked nothing like the pictures and the man at the front desk told me they pay for google reviews and pictures.

Very dated. Old. Way overpriced. No amenities.

Property needs a major overhaul in every way

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Folsom Field at CU. The location was great and we even walked home from the show! The hotel itself is super cute and the old school vibes really bring so much charm. I gave 4 stars because it’s clear the hotel is on the older side and the rooms especially show its age. Some things could be more polished and use some updating but all that being said, I would 100% stay here again. Pricing was fair, bed was comfortable and pool/ restaurant were cute. Though I wish the upstairs bar was open.

Staff was nice. Property is dated and in need of some upgrades. Beds are springy and the pillows are small. Did the trick but a lot of money for the return. Also, very warm…ac couldn’t quite keep up with the heat on a 90 degree day.

The bathroom was pretty dirty, hair and dirt in the shower/toilet/sink. The restaurant/bar is closed, the pool is closed, there’s no breakfast or anything, which I was unaware of until we got there. Our whole floor smelled like cigarettes and weed. Just a little upsetting for the price of the stay, and since it’s listed nowhere on the website that everything’s closed. The lobby is very nice, but the room and bathroom is not fantastic. Staff was very kind though, and we got a room with beautiful views of the mountains.

Front desk staff were really nice and accommodating. Truly a disappointment from The Broker years ago. Very outdated furnishings that just aren't functional anymore ie: armoire with tv in it. Layout of the room is bad. All repairs done in bathroom were very noticeable. Tile needs recaulking. Mold and mildew on bathroom ceiling. They lock up the lobby from 11:00PM TO 7:00AM so you have to walk all around the outside of the building to get to your car.
