We stayed there for two nights and i can say it was a very nice hotel and very clean also the staff are very kind and helpfuly. We also tried the breakfast and it was delicious and there are alot of options where you can choose from. I definitly re commend this hotel.

Hotel starting to look a bit tired

Very disappointing stay. The blanket had blood stains and the toilet was blocked. We informed the staff at night but they did nothing to help. We were traveling with two small children and this caused major inconvenience. Poor hygiene and poor service. Not recommended.

We stayed here as we were watching a PSG football match. The hotel is about 10/15 minute walk from the stadium so ideal location. It’s a clean, modern hotel.

When I first arrived, I found a pillow stained with blood and noticed that the body wash hadn’t been refilled. I had to request replacements, which should have been taken care of before check-in. Housekeeping did replace the stained sheets the next day (I have photos of this), but it was still an unpleasant first impression. In addition, there were multiple bugs in the room (photos attached), and I was bitten several times during the night. This was one of the most concerning parts of my stay. The room itself also had some design and safety issues: the shaving mirror was placed in a very awkward position, and the bathtub was unusually high and extremely slippery—making it a real safety hazard when trying to step in or out. Overall, my stay was far below expectations for a Radisson Blu property. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both room maintenance and cleanliness standards.
