The beds and room were decent and the location was decent Firstly the second we entered the premises they immediately attempted to do shady buisness where they requested a 700 euro deposit to pay for our room claiming they would refund whatever we didn't use, however after 5-10 awkward minutes of them requesting this (essentially giving us the option of either complying with thier demands or facing "homelessness") and us not paying this they said just pay for the actual room (450 euros) and let us go. Also as someone accustomed to British bathrooms I am unsure if this was an issue with the hotel or just commonplace in france but the bathroom was unbearably designed. The toilet flushed really badly and it got clogged extremely easily, the shower wet the entire bathroom floor by splashing water everywhere and the sink tap was placed in the most inconvenient place to use the tap. Overall besides the bathroom and the borderline extortion it was a decent stay however these are two things which are majorly hard to overlook. Also in an attempt to "remove single use plastics" they replaced water in the room with a fountain in the halls and the water quality tastes disgusting the water despite being "microfiltered" genuinely tastes worse than tap water from emerging economy countries it tastes tinged with a disgusting taste me and the person staying with me described as tasting like some of the more dirty streets in paris smelled.

I recently travelled with my family to this property for our stay.I found the receptionist and security staff to be extremely rude and unprofessional. The night time receptionist rolled his eyes as I approached the reception to check in, further more whem he asked about the number of guests(which was clearly mentioned on the booking) and I mentioned 2 adults and 2 kids he rolled his eyes again . He did not seem to want to work or check us in. We had to ask for the cart to bring our luggage in the middle of the night and no one bothered to offer me a hand to take my luggage. While dragging the cart from into the hotel ,lots of the stuff fell down from the cart and the security guard standing next to me did not even bither to offer help out of courtesy, although I understand its not his job but its basic etiquette. Additionally, on the booking it says they have onsite parking and was told this was full and have to find another parking which was more expensive .

I was surprised by few basic details which should be cover by cleaning staff : No battery in remote controler Limited flush in toilets which is not fun In the morning, Someone knocks and enter room directly, I had to shout. Then, 1 Hour later someone knocks again. If it is cleaning team, they should be aware than i didnt check out !!

The location is great The air conditioning doesn’t work effectively, the swimming pool was very hot and there is no control over how many people are using it. No staff present either. The food at breakfast had green moldy eggs that the staff left there even after complaining. The receptionists were very nice.

Easy access, rooftop swimming pool (although a bit dirty), price is OK Staff was overwhelmed and not productive (we waited 10 min to check-in while staff was giggling in the staff room). Hotel is outdated. AC in room is not cold enough. Restaurant dishes are bad (22EUR for 40g of salmon ceviche).

Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Well located. Rooms are a little too small for a family of 4 to get evenly accomodated.
