Easy access, rooftop swimming pool (although a bit dirty), price is OK Staff was overwhelmed and not productive (we waited 10 min to check-in while staff was giggling in the staff room). Hotel is outdated. AC in room is not cold enough. Restaurant dishes are bad (22EUR for 40g of salmon ceviche).

Rooms are a little too small for a family of 4 to get evenly accomodated.

Its very old and very sad color Reception when we arrived was very sick And we reserved one separate bed and one king size room they give us both seprate And very bad toilet

The lobby and the restaurant looks good and there was only one attendant that was attentive The room was crazy dirty, the toilet door was even curved and it was smelling badly!!! I asked them to change and they said that it was not possible... And it was a "premium room"

Breakfast is excellent, the front desk is very professional and friendly. Room size is small, comparing to US hotels.

Very clean and comfortable. Great value for good price. Helpful staff. Good location and great connection with public transport. Breakfast could have included fresh salad (tomatoes, cucumber, paprika etc.)

The staff was kind to provide a birthday detail. Not very friendly, nor accommodating. The bartender didn't seem like he was interested in serving us. The room had a strange smell, the carpet was stained.

Location is good, close by to Bus station and Metro. Had some issues with payment, Emilie the front office manager was very understanding and helpful We booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids they gave a very small corner room with 1 bed and 1 bunker, hardly there was any space even to move around within the room. Otherwise the stay was good

Location. Reception staff very friendly, helpful and professional Condition of lobby, rooms and breakfast room were shabby and overcrowded Breakfast was poor in quality and hot food tepid. Room incredibly basic, worn and cramped.

Bathroom door paint all peeling off. Air con was not working throughout the whole hotel despite being included in the price and not receiving any discount. Our room was boiling on arrival, thankfully the technician brought us a fan. Carpets were filthy, there was no milk in the room and when you request this at reception, you get given powdered milk which is appalling considering the price for a nights stay. Kettle leaks everywhere when pouring. Be aware there are no teaspoons in the room only wooden stirrers so useless if you bring your own sugar or coffee. States that adapters are available from reception but these are actually €15 to purchase. TV doesn’t work properly when trying to change channel. Overall disappointed for what we paid.

Check in takes too long and every time it seems they have a hard time retrieving my booking, where i can show it to them instantly by phone.

Overall a good stay in a nice location of Paris. A nice quiet neighbourhood but still easily accessible to.the center. The hotel was okay on the whole but not perfect. We visited in April and temperatures were 20 degrees, our room was sweltering and the air-conditioning doesn't work. Quite an uncomfortable couple of nights. We also requested a cot before arrival but there was not one avaliable when we arrived! Luckily we had our own with us but still it made it more difficult than it needed to be. For some families that could be a deal breaker. We booked through booking.com so perhaps there was an issue with that. The car park at the hotel is strange. You can't book it with the hotel in advance, just take your chances and hope there is a space when you arrive. We found the same car park using 'zenpark' for half the price so booked it to secure a place well in advance. You can't access the car park directly from the hotel, you have to go into their apart hotels building next door and down 2 flights of stairs, (the lift was broken) Or walk round the block on foot. However if you don't book with them, they will not let you access the car park from the building next door by providing a code, and they make you walk around the block. Keep in mind this is the same car park and they knew i was a guest at the hotel! This was frustrating as it was their error I had to walk to and from the car to fix! Also not ideal with two small children having to walk to and from the car each day. Overall an okay stay but could be made better.
