Staff extra polite...location nearbto metro AC a bit loud

Central location, clean room, quiet, very kind staff, sparkling and still water provided for free (self serve), croissants complimentary in the lobby. There is nothing particularly that I didn't like. Although rooms are small they provide everything you need, even coffee machine.

The staff went above and beyond, and were so sweet and friendly! The hotel is super cute too!

Easy walk to Roland Garros. Staff was absolutely incredible. So kind and beyond helpful. Room was a bit small but you're not in France to sleep. Lol

Very clean and tidy small hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom clean. The location is in a quiet and wealthy neighborhood. The receptionist was kind, friendly and gave detailed directions about everything around. The hotel is a bit expensive, probably because it is in this part of Paris. The problem is there is no metro station nearby. There are also no convenient food and beverage stores nearby. It is close to a larger street, although not very busy at night.

Cleaning of the toilet, needs more deep cleaning, not only on the surface.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly - really made us feel welcome. Room, and the whole hotel, was spotlessly clean. everything worked as it should, bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of bread, cheese, ham, eggs to boil, cereal (the muesli was nice), fruit juice, yoghurts, fruit salad. Nice reception area. And, rather wonderfully, there was a kettle for making tea in the room, which is a real rarity in hotels of this size in Paris - well done! It's a fair walk from Marcel Sembat metro station and gets a bit dark in the evening past the college and council depot. If you want something healthier and more interesting than fast food in the evening, choices near the hotel are limited, so you'll need to walk or take a bus. Only real dud note was the member of staff in the breakfast room on the first morning (25 Sep) who was decidedly grumpy and unfriendly - not even a 'Bonjour', which in France is equivalent to a slap in the face! The lady on the second morning was delightful, though, so she was definitely the exception.

It was a great location for attending the music festival Rock en Seine that was nearby and the staff at the hotel were very kind. I really appreciated the cold filtered water fountain in the lobby as well! The cleanliness of our room was not good, upon arrival there was bird poop on the bathroom door, which also meant there was a stray bird in the room at one point, alongside, a bug cocoon of types in the curtains when I pulled them to cover the windows. Many surfaces in the bathroom (the towel shelf for example) had not been wiped down and there was toothpaste stuck to it from a previous guest. The room was quite dusty overall and felt as though it was not deeply cleaned, however, staff were very apologetic about the bird and bug situation upon notifying them.

Comfortable, well located. Nice breakfast. Sheets could be cleaner.

The location was nice. Very good restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small. Not enough space to open two large suitcases. The carpet on the floor is definitely not clean. There is an unbelievable amount of dust in the room. I had to wipe the walls with wet wipes. We had itchy eyes every morning because of the excessive amount of dust. The toilet seat had urine stains. I had to clean it with soapy water and wet wipes. I am hoping the sheets were at least changed. Lots of mosquitoes at night but no nets on the window, so it is difficult to have some fresh air at night time.

The gentleman in the reception was really supportive

Great location for my needs, and also quick access to the metro to get into Paris center. I have stayed here many times, always great and helpful staff.

Very cosy hotel, with a great breakfast and polite, kind, helpful staff. The rooms are not huge, but spacious enough, and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. Having filtered water available anytime is an extra attention from the hotel. The location is great - the metro station is close, and there is a great shop and many restaurants nearby. With a group of 10, it was an ideal place to rest after long days in the city of Paris. We only missed a place to store our clothes in - for example a chest of drawers (instead of the desk).
