Breakfast was too expensive for what it was.

Everything was perfect

We were put right next to the exercise room only to be kept awake by late work out folks and woken early by the same.

Very professional staff, beautiful property.

Computer was down for over 5 hours and I could not check into my room until 9:00 p,m, at night,

Hotel double charged me. They held the charge 5 days . They said it was voided within 24 hours but it held the charge for 5 days. Trash staff, she had zero knowledge of check in, plus they were understaffed at checkin so I had 20 minute wait. Poorly ran facility from what I expect from a Hilton Brand Hotel.

The place is very nice and clean on a nice area. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, but it's a bit loud and the bed is very firm. A more luxurious bed would make this a solid 5 star review.

The shower in the room made the whole bathroom wet . I slipped getting out of the shower

to a different type of room even though my credit card had been charged for the full amount early that morning. After trying to get our original room back, I was told the hotel was full and here was nothing they could do. Very disappointing. The front desk receptionist was very kind and apologized for the situation. She suggested that I speak with a manager in the morning. I did end up speaking with a very nice manager who was able to help resolve the issue. Also, I want to thank Expedia for their help that evening. They offered to find me another comparable hotel in the area for the night if needed. Exceptional customer service!

The room was very comfortable: it was spacious and the bed was heavenly. I also appreciated that it was extremely quiet and we got a great nights sleep. There was also amply stocked complimentary coffee and tea in the morning.

The girl at the front desk was helpful and apologize to me for my inconvenience with the shuttle service. Staff was friendly that serve the food. My room was on the ground level, which I didn’t like

Property was very clean, the pool and hot tub were very nice. It was convenient to be able to get food in the restaurant. The breakfast was very good and there was a nice buffet. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, it was not good at all. Other than that, we had a nice stay.
