Quality Inn & Suites Bozeman

Some new employees of course were unhappy and unmotivated. But this Hotel always has a friendly staff at the desk and serving breakfast. The neighborhood is much safer and I really appreciate the concern that Management and the maintenance team has for the local community. I hope that the banks appreciate the maintenance management and staff at Bozeman Quality Inn.

The young gentleman that worked at the front desk was so kind, helpful and professional! He could give lessons on excellent customer service! I wish I could remember his name!

Good/basic hotel without any frills, ok for an overnight stay but for longer stays i would stay elsewhere

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area was very clean and appealing. Used the laundry facilities-one washer and one dryer. Shower temperature in room was hard to regulate. Breakfast was average.

Literally nothing The front desk dude I called like 5 times no answer to check in and then he comes in 45 mins later with his pants sagging. Then the room was dirty and it smelled gross. The blankets had stains on them I couldn’t even sleep in the room I just used it to get ready for the day I’ve never been more disappointed!

Staff was great there was a few spots on the rug so we got to change rooms. A desk person was very understandable.
