Air conditioning doesn't work. I was made to pay pet fee and the dog wasn't allowed to stay. Had to dispute charges with my bank. On top of paying for room and dog fee they make you put additional deposit down.

it would have been great if they would have let my son stay instead of sleeping on the street...i understand he's only 19, but wow... turned him away. I know i didn't get the cancellation extra because he was right there and I knew i wouldn't need to. asked for a refund polypropylene but got no,nada response.

It does not look like the photos. It’s not well maintained and dirty. There are bugs. I didn’t even stay the night.

Nothing The guy who was working there, he has ripped me off twice the same way. Hey told me it was $$50 deposit, I only had $60, so he wrote down I gave him $50. So he kept $10 of the deposit.

No refunds… so I would not book in advance. Depends on what you can tolerate. I wouldn’t stay here for free. The smell from our room was horrendous. We opened the door and handed our key back in, left and didn’t stay there…. No refunds

First there was no toilet paper in the room. All of the bedding was dirty. A guy tried to sell me shoes and purses in the parking lot. Very sketchy place to stay. Will never ever recommend to anyone.
