I liked that the property was very aesthetic and unique. I liked that the out door spaces were separated and felt private. The perimeter palm trees and Florida vibe greenery were on point. I stayed in room B11 and the king bed was comfortable. The shower pressure and flow were awesome! However there were a few things I disliked. I didn't feel very welcome by the wife. I voiced my concerns about a few things and she snapped at me. First immediate concern was the room entry door. To access your room, you have to open and exterior door that stays unlocked. It opens up into a hallway with 2 interior doors that lead to your room. These interior doors appeared to be residential hollow core doors. It also appeared that the door had been forced open in the past and the jam was broken. My room door wouldn't close and latch, when it did, it was being held on by a quarter of the striker. It had no interior safety latch like a hotel room door. When I checked in I mentioned it and the wife came to the room and told me not to worry about it because she had been there 20+ years and no one was going to get in without her seeing it. The second time I mentioned it, the husband came out and he bent the st

Wonderful private space to stay. It’s beautiful, quiet, and close to so many places! Would highly recommend!

No hay nevera nihielo dentro de la habitación

This was like a little oasis. It was a beautiful property but it wasn’t really close to anything. The room was great and the staff very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Note that rooms A21 and A22 are upstairs and the stairs were not easy.

I don't know how to adequately describe the terrible, terrible experience we suffered at this property. My wife and I are retired professionals with extensive travel experience, and we have never encountered anything quite like this.

We asked the hotel in advance for some help when preparing the room for my wife, who has a lot of allergies, and they were very helpful in doing so which was much appreciated.

My trouble with the property was it was it not clear on the description it was 116 year old homes renovated -I was not aware I choose a second floor-the pictures of the rooms were accurate but to get up to the rooms it said no elevator but the steps very uneven, hard to manage, the coffee maker, frig at bottom of steps so a lot of going up an down. One kcup for coffee for each of us. All at bottom of those stairs. Water pressure was good if u didn’t want a real hot shower bathroom beautiful renovation but no light to really put make up on it was a sweet chandelier but not real light. Our breakfast was on a app somehow we did not click it right it never came we asked about but we were 10 min too late to get it they said cafe closed. Just dissatisfied with how that was handled- Sweet place but not comfortable for us just no creature features to really make our stay enjoyable. We left a day early even though we paid for our full stay and it isn’t an inexpensive place to begin with. Just know it’s a renovation situation then make your reservation knowing that. I usually don’t review but i needed to do this one.

Parking was fine. Didn’t eat there

no kitchen

Parking was secured behind a metal gate, room and area well maintained and room upgrades.

The place is beautiful, clean, friendly staff. The pool is really nice and clean. We were just hoping that it was heated. As this app incorrectly states.

Room was very pretty and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. I could not find an outlet though in the bathroom by the sink /mirror for hair dryer etc.

My wife took a shower and there was a hair on the wall. There was one in the wreath decoration on the wall too. By the time we noticed all of it we were getting ready for bed and it was too late to say anything to the staff. The breakfast was decent, but not anything special. If I paid half the price it would’ve been better, but I was underwhelmed based on what I paid.
