Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa

The staff was awesome. The hotel was awesome. No complaints at all. I will stay here again.

This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.

The rooms are big , clean and very confortable.

Our room was very nice and clean, and the front desk crew was exceptionally helpful in solving problems with my iPhone.

Every was super good

Was satisfied with everything except the overnight parking fee which was more than I pay at my local airport overnight parking per night

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and up to date. There is no difference between the Marina side rooms and the regular rooms; so avoid the gimmick of paying extra, like we did, to be on the Marina side.

When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.

Very friendly staff made the check in process very easy. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Will stay again!

Also be aware of bill from Expedia. It had resort fees on there but further down stated resorts fees were due at property. Ended up paying $300 extra I between resort fees and parking. Book spa well before visiting. They had nothing available once I was there. Staff was great, pool was good and restaurants were great as well

Amazing property. Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The beach club is the best part of the stay! Very relaxing, quiet place to stay. The staff greeted us every time we left in the morning and when we would come back later in the day. I especially appreciated that the elevators had a nice security touch and you cannot click your room floor unless you scan your guest key card. Loved that! Highly recommend this property.
