Exceptional

The carpet in the room needed a good clean, it was dirty. The door lock was sticking to the point that it would not open with the key unless you knew to push it very hard. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

This hotel is a solid piece of property and kept up nicely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable...........GO THERE!

Location - Close to everything! Rooms were dirty and had to sanitize immediately when we walked in our room, it smelled like moldy carpet. It was so tight for a double room.. slept 5 (2 adults 2 kids 1 baby) with all a baby needs the room was small. Been to other fairfields where room accommodated us 5. Fridge did not keep cold, had to bring cooler. The Cleaners & especially the old lady doing breakfast Were so RUDE! Literally none of them spoke an ounce of English...... but gave attitude when we would ask questions like we were out of place being there. The Waffle station never worked which my kids love hotel Waffles. They were excited every morning and came out to the old lady rolling her eyes yelling "NO GOOD" every morning and literally would push her way through us. They put out green bananas and cut up an unripe melon for their "mixed fruits". We couldnt take kids to the pool because the pool was soooo foggy with live/dead bugs all floating around. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned. We stayed out most of the time because the room felt nasty to chill and relax. Overall it was not the best experience.

Stayed for 2 nights and was very impressed. Super friendly and helpful staff, SUPER clean, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was really nice the cleaning people did an excellent job and ladies and gentlemen's that worked in the guest service was very helpful an amazing. P.s the breakfast was also great 👍👍😊😎

Everything excellent, just They didn't serve enough breakfast, at 9:30 am no more waffles and we have to wait for more eggs and bacon. Just one person on the kitchen can't do everything. Great location, by car close to the mall, main street, and riverside.

Breakfast was great however when the food was taken out it went fast and it was not replaced fast enough for other guests to eat . You had wait a little to eat .

Compare to all the hotels I stayed in , this was the worst Nothing

I could not ask for a better service. The breakfast was great. They had a whole soccer team here all my stay and they kept it filled and cleaned and perfect and stocked. I recommend this place anytime. Rita S
