Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.

booking.com's list of ammenities was a little off as it listed a bar,restaurant,in room safes etc. which was misleading as to what is available.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I would definitely come back. It’s a great option for a couples’ getaway, but it’s also perfect for families with children. The room includes a small kitchenette with everything you need, which makes the stay very comfortable. The TV has Netflix and YouTube, which is a nice bonus. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options, including waffles, eggs, ham, cheese, several types of bread, and orange and apple juice. They also have a coffee station available throughout the day and a small snack and beverage shop in the lobby. The location is convenient, about 15 minutes from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the area while staying in a quiet and comfortable place. During my two-day stay, there was no housekeeping service, the trash was not removed from the room at any point. In addition, the toaster in the room was not working. These were minor issues, but I believe they could be improved to make the guest experience even better.

Only 15 min away from Coquina beach. Lots of restaurants near by and a Walmart next to it.

Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with

Room was clean and spacious for two people. Good size refrigerator for bottled wayer and snacks. Treadmills in fitness room were very nice. Outside sitting area nice. Short distance over to beaches.
