Excellent location for our needs, staff were welcoming, professional and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the breakfast was very good. Would like to have been able to open the window as it’s been hot weather, but there was an efficient fan provided which was really nice.

Convenient and peaceful The radiator was not working and the issue was not resolved by management even after speaking to staff at the reception. I also requested a room on the top floor prior to my arrival but unfortunately my request was not considered.

I like the proximity of the hotel to the bus/train station. There were enough towels in the room. There was no intercom in the room to communicate with the reception team. My room temperature was low but I was already dressed in my pyjamas and couldn't go out in that to the reception to ask for assistance.

Location was great. The cheap car park The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

The only small issue was that the window wouldn't open to allow fresh air but staff member Brandon did get everything sorted to cheer us up Nothing really negative

Easy to reach by car & cheap parking I reported a blown bulb in the bedside lamp & it wasn’t replaced. Old cobweb apparent in the room. Shower head needs descaling.

Two lady stuff so horrible

Clean and tidy, room smelt very fresh, easy check in with very hospitable staff . Short walk into town, cheap parking close by, only £1.50 for 24 hours. Bar prices reasonable and not over inflated. A little tired furniture and the stain on the carpet an off putting. The light over the shower flickered and most of the time off, toilet took a few flushes to clear any paper. Mattresses wasn’t comfortable but that could just be us.

The location is excellent, breakfast included. Lifts are slow, it's a good choice if you can get a reasonable price, Holiday Inn app only matches your previous room rate, Booking.com can be slightly cheaper, they should be a two or three night deal.

Nice room, walk in shower, everything you need in the room, Could do with a few more plug sockets,.extension lead etc

Location was spot on Breakfast time, not enough tables to sit at to ear your Breakfast. Bacon looked plastic (Hard and Dry) looked like it's been there for a while. Hashbrowns wasn't cooked, cold in the middle, no colour to them, most of it was just slightly warm. Staff were spot on, they did all they can, I think when you have a full hotel you need more staff on expecially at Breakfast. I reckon you can get at least 8 more small tables. If I know the Breakfast was goinf to bw like that I wouldn't have book it with Breakfast.
