Room was comfy and clean Breakfast was good, although very busy, so we had to wait for clean plates and products to be re-filled. Staff were great though

It is such a convenient location, large car park. Easy to check in/out Breakfast is always to a good standard. The rooms are looking a bit tired, could do with a refresh. The bathroom looked quite sad, taps in the shower could fall off easily and had no markings on them (no hot/cold)

All the staff were very helpful and happy to help The sofa bed broke during are second night and had to sleep in the chair It looked if it had been repaired before Would recommend it being replaced before some one gets hurt

Convenient in location Shower pipe had visible limescale that was not cleaned out. Blood stain found on bed sheets Rim of the toilet needs to be refreshed. Colour and tile flooring looked horrible and worn out. For one night, the gross sale value of a customer wouldnt match that of someone staying for longer nights, but a guest is still a guest. Just disappointing.
