Extended Stay America Select Suites Tampa Brandon

Soon as I got to my room and turned on the lights roaches started running. I went to the office and told them I couldn’t stay there. I check out and was supposed to get a refund for the remainder of the days. I still haven’t received my refund and the office manager won’t call back .

I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my kids. Clerk wanted ID from the kids!! Then clerk said ALL the family had to stay in one room. I've never experienced that before and me and my family have traveled a lot. (Prior military). Worst experience EVER! What makes the experience even more horrible is that Expedia always sides with the Hotel/Host if there is a problem. You have to fight, and fight hard to get your full refund back. No more Expedia for us. I sent Expedia copies of the cancelation receipts from the hotel that shows them the hotel canceled our reservations and we still don't have a full refund approved. It's as if it is you verses them. They got your money and they are going to fight to keep anything they can.

Night staff less than helpful. Had to pay $1.25 at check in for linens. 😳 Never in my life!!!

Did not have brrakfast The front desk associate when I checked in was courteous. The associate on duty at 5:30 pm when I tried to renew my reservation was rude. She was angry acting before I even said a word

The room had roaches there the air filters on the AC were filthy they made me wait over three and a half hours for my friend too get there from the airport so they can scan and see her ID and when we ask the front desk clerk if she can put us in a different room she stated that there were no more rooms available but I waited 20-30 minutes I called the front desk and asked if there were any rooms available and she said yes

An error Booking the reservation at Tampa Brandon location, "immediately" called hotel .com for for assistance in cancellation and informed that I would receive a notification in my email within 24-48 hours. I decided to go to the hotel,alert them of my error and no satisfactory of customer service,nor understanding. All of My 600 dollars was tooking without any grace.
