Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Brandon by IHG

This is not my first day at this facility. I stay there because it’s convenient in the past has been very well. This is my first issue with them, there was a maintenance problem in my room a safety issue, which was not addressed. They’ve gone to charting for parking, but I don’t understand.

I would like to say that i booked this hotel for very special people. Greeted with issues after room was booked and paid for. The cleanliness was not the best. This is disappointing and I won’t be recommending this hotel.

Room was clean and spacious, very convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave. The mattress was super comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was phenomenal! I was so impressed with the variety of Oil of Olay products offered ( shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap). Great hot breakfast too! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and the location where is located is very accommodating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Very clean, very comfortable room with full amenities. My only complaint was a discrepancy between the nightly pet fee stated on Expedia, and what the hotel actually charged, which was $15 a day higher.

The carpet had a stains on it. And the breakfast was cold and not great but free.

Staff was great and room was clean with great amenities. Only issue was that the room wasnt ready at check-in time which I found quite unfortunate for what I paid for.

Let me say that I was extremely surprised in the best way. The gentleman who checked me in was amazing, and the woman who assisted me on Sunday was incredibly kind. After a 9‑hour drive, these two outstanding employees made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Nothing, I loved everything!

I loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping never came to give me new towels or take my trash until the day I was finally leaving. Literally 20 minutes before checkout.
