I love that Florida mold smell Absolutely recusant staff

Location place has cockroaches, bathroom was not clean and sink was not draining

Ok place…staff friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at the hotel overall. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything else about our experience was wonderful. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service during our stay. Had we been informed about this before our arrival, we would have chosen to stay somewhere else, as having access to the pool was an important part of our plans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel guests should be notified in advance when a major amenity like the pool is unavailable so they can make an informed decision about their accommodations. The AC unit didn’t provide the cold air like it should have and the room phone to call front desk didn’t work. In the middle of the night I packed my things and went to front desk. He was not rude or did not ask if I did ABCD. I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience. He was able to find a new room. The room change and check in process was lengthy. I was tired and wanted to just quickly check in and go. It was about a 15-20 min process. When normally it like maybe a 5 min process

Nothing Check in was where it all started. Front desk person wasn't very pleaseant. Hallways were dirty the whole time we were there. Room was dark no matter what time of day it was. Toilet was leaking water on the floor. First day of breakfest there was barely any food out and what was had burnt edges on it. This was at 8am. Second day was the better, still overcooked food plus the day before overcooked sausage. Check out was almost the same as check in. Different person just got a grunt that we were leaving. .
