All American Inn and Suites

Breakfast was good, I always enjoy the biscuits and gravy. The location is perfect; close to all the activities but still secluded and quiet. My grandsons would have enjoyed other kid-friendly cereal choices, such as fruit loops.

Clean,pleasant,very friendly staff.Not a place of luxury but great for the cost.Will stay here again if visiting in the future.

It was quiet. It was in a good location. The air conditioner never cooled the room off. The hallway was cooler than the rooms. I wont be returning.

The room was very clean. The bed was alittle firm but the pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast was very good. Nice to have a microwave and fridge. Ac worked great. Hotel very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel that smells nice when walking in! AC worked perfectly which was nice because it was a hot weekend. I am surprised they aren’t more busy but it is nice and quiet! We would definitely stay again just hopefully in a different room. We don’t have many complaints but, the bed was hard and our room did smell like old sweaty pillows. I’m glad we brought pillows to sleep on because I would not have been able to sleep on pillows that probably have never been washed. I even brought disinfectant spray to make sure everything was disinfected and after spraying the pillows a lot during our 3 night stay they still stunk when we left. This isn’t a complaint per se but I think someone stole our magnetic do not disturb sign we had up for our stay so one time when we left housekeeping did go into our room. After that we left the second sign provided to make sure no one came in while we were away. It’s just peace of mind for us and I like to clean myself during stays. Other than that, everything was perfectly clean! The housekeepers do an amazing job!

Have stayed 4 times now at this hotel and have never been disappointed. Comfortable beds, quiet, clean, good breakfast, and the manager at the desk is always nice! Already booked for my next stay!

My son is in a wheelchair. I specifically asked for a handicap room when I booked. I didn't get one and the front desk guy said I didn't ask for one. I think because I paid for the rooms in advance he was set on not trying to make it right. I would have paid extra to get a handicap room, but he said there was nothing that could be done. The room was so small that we could not move around. The hallway is very narrow, and the elevator is tiny. Three adulds and a 14 year old in a wheelchair could barely fit in the elevator. The front desk guy parked in the closest handicap space to the door and wouldn't move his truck. He said that his manager told him to park there when I pointed out that the truck didn't have handicap stickers. For the majority of the stay we could not get a handicap parking space since they only have 3 of them. When I booked, this hotel was supposed to have a free continental breakfast. When I asked the front desk guy what time breakfast was served, he said we don't get breakfast and would have to pay for meal vouchers if we wanted it. What?! Who ever heard of having to pay for meal vouchers for a FREE continental breakfast? The only positive notes I can leave is that the rooms were fairly clean and the location is great. We will never stay here again.
