Breakfast was good and the pool was a good size with a 6 ft deep end

The pool was especially cool on a 100 degree day. Coffee and breakfast are always excellent. Front desk staff are always friendly.

Also, the room were very hot and took lot of time to cool down. We checked in at 10:30 PM, but still rooms were very hot. For breakfast, the eggs, potatoes and stuff were all gate keepered, so you have to ask ever time you want refill.

It's hard to judge because it just happened that we were the only guests during our three night mid-week stay. The staff were over and above friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was more geared to asking what we wanted instead of everything on a buffet which we were grateful for since we didn't want them to waste a lot of food. The salt water pool looked amazing but we just didn't have time to get in. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. When I entered the room, I noticed the floor wasn't swept the remote was hard to operate due to the channel up and down button worn. And

I’ve stayed at a few different hotels here, and this is one of my favorites! Great price, best breakfast, great customer service. They are remodeling and are not completely done, but what has been done looks amazing! I love the location because you don’t have that busy traffic from the strip, but still having easy access from the side roads on strip. Everything was clean, and I still can’t get over how kind all the workers were. The housekeepers, maintenance, front desk, the ladies serving breakfast- everyone! They kept the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area all cleaned. The maintenance kept up with the outdoor up keep throughout our stay as well as the pool. The bed scared me at first because they were so low, but I think that was the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel room- very comfy! We definitely will be staying here again!

Great Breakfast very friendly staff!

We didn’t have any bath towels in our room. Hallways didn’t smell very good and floor was really stained.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice. However when we got into the room and had no bath towels. We had a little tv that was poor quality. There were also spiders all over the room including in the shower.

The hotel staff was great! The room cleaning could use a little more attention to detail, but it was overall acceptable. Very nice and quiet place to stay. Breakfast was decent and was served to the guests. We would stay again. It was very budget friendly and allowed us to spend more money on activities! Branson is awesome!

The staff were very good to help us when needed! Don’t like that it wasn’t noted what could have to pay extra for pets! Didn’t like that the ice machine didn’t work in our floor.

We liked the pool. Bug problems (wasp or bees not sure). Interesting smells and a outside door didn’t lock properly.

Breakfast and staff were amazing. Beds weren’t as comfortable as I was hoping. The pool was a nice amenity. They also had fresh popcorn for all the guests. There was also plenty of space for big vehicles. Also the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Overall it was a good experience.

Very personable and great with the gas was greeted and welcomed and was told if you need anything please let us know and we hope that you come back they were super friendly the people
