Best Western Music Capital Inn

Our stay at Best Western Music Capital Inn in Branson, Mo., was great! Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Offered great variety of. Each table in breakfast area had a lit candle and there were candles lit in the lobby. We will definitely stay there again.

The soap and shampoo were very nice, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Soooo pleased! Check-in clerk was very pleasant and gave me a bottle of ice cold water (super hot when we checked in). Room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, and there was an extra sink outside the bathroom. Pool area was nice and clean and open till midnight! Nice game room for the kids and good breakfast. It’s our new go to when in Branson!

The location was perfect for the sights we visited, close and easy to access. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room layout worked well. Andrew checked us in and out, and he was very friendly and helpful to provide area entertainment opportunities, to make the check-in smooth, and to advise how to best navigate the property. I'm glad we chose this hotel for our short vacation. The internet was spotty. While I was on an international conference call, the internet failed. Fortunately, I had already covered the most important parts of the business, but I would have liked a better connection.

Room was clean breakfast was good. Stayed 3 nights on vacation. Location was convenient to the shows we booked in advance. Would stay there again.

The hot tub was closed for two and a half days of the 5 days I stayed there.

My favorite thing about this property is that there is a sink inside the bathroom in one outside the bathroom.So two people can get ready at one time. And the pillows were amazingly comfortable.

Very good

Many breakfast choices including hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and pancakes. Toast, cereal, yogurt and several other choices I personally didn't try Nothing that the hotel could change in my opinion. It was a little too crowded for my liking but that just means a lot of guests enjoyed it as well.

This was a great place to stay. My room was clean and comfy, and the staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Sheri - she went above and beyond. The location is great, a few minutes from all the attractions.

Hotel is in need of renovations. Hot tub was not functional and wifi was very unstable leading to alot of frustration. Staff, especially Andrew, was incredible and did everything in their powers to make things as comfortable as possible. We were informed that the property is under new management and from what I saw i have confidence that they will do whatever is required to make this property whole again.
