Na The dogs barking when your trying to sleep

Pools and the workers very respectful I didn’t like that the hotels smell like cigarette smoke really really bad
-
The lobby was clean. There was cigarette butts all over the ground. The pool both pools were very clean and managed. It had cigarette butts all over and people living at there
-
The room was clean and the staff very helpful. There was a lot of cigarette smokers that affected the outdoor areas and the smoke even permeated the first room we were assigned to. The staff put us in a new room that was much better.

Location Rooms need to be updated. Bathroom was small and old. Towels were dark looking

I planned this trip for my wife's birthday. I planned everything, and the room was everything I hoped. It was spacious, the bed was super soft, and very clean and maintained. And the location was excellent. 10 minutes from everything. And the staff I delt with and talked to were very polite and welcoming. When pulling up, the outside of the property looks questionable. Other than that, the tub. It was clean, but it was dated and discolored. Maybe update the bathroom.

Waited in lobby for about 30 minutes before clerk came in to check me in. Didn’t ask for ID or verification. Just gave room keys and told me where to go. There are a lot of summer workers living there also. They like to drink and were loud. Most of them have big dogs and they let them run loose. Carpets were sticky and dirty in room. Best to stay on the main drag IMO

The room was comfortable; about average in most ways, but the beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The refrigerator kept our food cold. The hair dryer didn't work and I forgot to tell management. The management honored our request to get us a room near the indoor pool and that mean't a lot to our young son. Breakfast wasn't fancy but it was hot and tasted really good. There were biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, some muffins, apples, etc. Juice, tea, coffee, etc. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It's not a 5 star hotel but the price reflects that and the staff were all nice and polite. We hope to stay there again. The hair dryer didn't work but other than that, everything was fine.

Great location and very comfortable Upon check in the room I had reserved was no longer available and the staff tried to blame it on booking.com rather than taking ownership of their fault.
