The cleanest of the place. Doors did not lock the first day, front door. The breakfast fee for adults and children for hot breakfast was not known upfront, I will not stay at this resort again. Booking.com need to do better.

The room was definitely Elvis, so cute. Location was close to downtown. They room was dirty and we had to clean before we could settle into the room.

Staff were friendly. Updates to unit were nice. Parking was difficult with a large vehicle. Only pastries for breakfast were free, hot breakfast was extra. Unit looked clean, however, there was a washcloth in the garbage disposal that stunk. There were no extra bedding available for the sofa bed. One mattress was comfortable, the other was not. Bed frames, one was very noisy (creaky when you sat on it, turned over in bed, etc) the other was too short I think (if you sat on the edge of the foot of the bed you would tip the bed.) Windows could use curtains instead of blinds, light outside shone through the window all night. Blinds were broken in living room. Blankets on beds were super thin, sleeping in bed next to AC I was cold all night.

I like properties with a sitting area and kitchen. It’s fairly well maintained. We got free show tickets for a 4 night stay. The main reception area is neat with pool tables and other games. Didn’t use the pool but it looks nice The parking lot is tight. There were some minor maintenance things that can easily be fixed. The continental breakfast is not very good. I would try to get broken equipment off the property asap. There was a barking dog one night, but they addressed it quickly.

Disappointing

2 towel for 2 queen beds 3 people no bath Matt and 2 hand towels. No chain lock, maintainance came at 11:45 pm to fix things. I could have let that go, However the toilet was full of someone else’s excrement

THE PROPERTY IN THIS PHOTO IS NOT KING RESORT BUT HOLIDAY INN THAT IS NOT AFFILIATED!! Nothing, there was no front desk to speak with. This is not a resort or hotel but AIR BNB with no guest services on the property. The rooms were not cleaned prior to. There was dog hair and fur on the bed sheets and floor.

The staff was very nice. The bed was broken and breakfast bar was gross and dirty.

The pool was nice and breakfast was okay. The breakfast worker was friendly and helpful I was asking to switch rooms or leave because I wasn't satisfied from the day I checked in. 28 hours later they did offer another room but after the inspection of it the conditions were the same. Was leaving the next morning so just stayed in the original room. The condos would have been good but the hotel side bad

It was in a nice location and the apartments was nice sized.the beds was comfortable My couch didn’t have a mattress then we couldn’t get clean towels or linens then when they did it was pool towels the walls and floors wasn’t clean they had dirt marks and dust I basically cleaned my own unit

Breakfast was good. Had to pay extra $5 for waffles which was an unpleasant surprise due to facility advertising breakfast included online. low staffing resulting in slower response to requests/needs
-
Any problems we had were dealt with immediately! Excellent service. Will definitely stay again
-
Had a great time, we stayed in the Presley Penthouse suite, I would 100% stay there again.
-
Location is great but basic maintenance needs to be done. Toilet ran LOUDLY all the time
-
Was definitely a quiet getaway! We will be booking again! The whole family had a blast!

Not what I expected being a resort.
