I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years, this is by far the best customer service I've seen.

Located in good area not too much traffic, easy to get in and out they don’t charge xtra for parking! The room was good just didn’t like being of top floor, but they will fix your bed and tidy up you room upon request. Really got nothing bad to say really my family enjoyed our stay.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Pool area was clean. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Cleanliness After 4pm check in is really a pain. Our AC unit was super loud in our room, and the loudness of other guest made it extremely hard to sleep.

Staff was great. We had to leave a day early and front desk initiated a bill credit without even being asked. The lady in the gift shop was also went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome there. The only thing that wasn’t 100% in our minds was the breakfast and breakfast facilities. Pretty meager offerings and seating arrangements. Was pretty average for breakfast included facilities these days but still seeing better elsewhere.
